About Community Care4u

About us

 

Community Care4u is a privately owned domiciliary care company, based in Nottingham, established in 2023, stemmed out of personal experience and commitment to providing high quality care. Our personalized home care service gives you the choice to remain independent in your own home, without compromising on the quality of your care. We are based in Nottingham, and our geographical area covers Nottingham & the surrounding areas.


Community Care4u Nottingham is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We endeavor to comply with all CQC 'Essential Standards of Quality and Safety 2010' and aim to exceed, at all times, the National Minimum Standards that these require. To achieve this, we constantly review, monitor, and update all areas of the business.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including medication management, help with meals, dressing, washing, live in care, wound care, hospice care, and more. Our team of skilled professionals will work with you and your family to create a personalized care plan that meets your unique needs.


Community Care4u provide a range of personal care and essential domestic support services for vulnerable people living in their own homes who may be unable to carry out these tasks for themselves. Regulated and assessed by the Care Quality Commission.

While the exact nature of service provided to each Service User will vary and tailored to their needs, the following are examples of the services that are offered:

  • Assistance with dressing and grooming
  • Help with personal cleanliness (Washing, bathing and showering)
  • Assisting with getting in and out of bed
  • Preparation of meals and drinks
  • Support with continence Care
  • Help and assistance with general mobility needs
  • Prompting or administration of medication
  • Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning, washing, ironing, hovering, bed making and changing
  • Escorting / accompanying within the community to day centres, doctors surgery, opticians, shops
  • Providing company and companionship
  • Providing care to cover for family/carer to take a break

Promoting independence by empowering and aiding service users in actively participating in their own care 


Attentively considering input and recommendations from service users and their advocates to enhance and refine services 


Establishing a Quality Assurance system that enables responsible individuals to consistently oversee, assess, and enhance practices
